AT WHAT POINT SHOULD I INVOLVE AN ARCHITECT IN MY PROJECT ?
As soon as you decide you want to begin planning your project!.
Architects provide important pre-design services including site evaluation, and can help you explore options you may not have considered.
Involving your Architect early in the process can help avoid costly missteps, and increase the likelihood of your satisfaction with the project.

DO ARCHITECTS ADD SUBSTANTIAL COSTS TO MY PROJECT ?
While it's true that Architects' fees are an additional project cost, hiring an Architect can actually save you money in many ways.
Architects monitor your budget and negotiate to get the best materials and workmanship at a good price. Their design can reduce energy and maintenance costs, and provide an efficient layout so that you don’t overbuild what you really need.
Architects can turn a difficult lot into a successful building site. And they spend time planning and fully developing your ideas to avoid changes once construction is underway.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BUILD A PROJECT IN INDONESIA ?
It starts with the land, may it be leased or bought. You have to keep in mind the price for all planners involved, the budget to spend for the permit, village donations, internet and eletricity access, the connection for the water supply, and more...
Architects take all these points into account when calculating the total project costs.
Many factors play a role here. The area in which the project is located, the building style, the quality of the desired finish. For a more detailed statement we recommend to contact us directly.
